Yuki Tomita
These days it is usual for us to face something outside of our inner community and communicate with people outside of Japan.
We see kids speaking English on the way to school.
We (Partners Office) handle many international legal matters.
We all have culture and faith from our roots which must be respected. But we face many difficulties with languages, cultures and sometimes with beliefs. Living in different cultures, language is not an easy game. We always face something unreasonable—things that would not happen if legal justice functions as it should.
We Partners Office offer legal advice and meetings in English. Please feel free to contact us and see how we can deal with the problem together.
We provide comprehensive legal support. Our experienced lawyers specialize in various legal fields to resolve your issues efficiently.
Our fees are generally based on the former guidelines by the Japan Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA), ensuring transparency and fairness.
Although the guidelines were abolished, they remain a useful reference. Fees are determined by agreement with clients. Additional charges may apply for English documents or communication.
Consultation Fees in English: ¥10,000 per 30 minutes

I’m Yuki. I lived in Canada for 5 years during elementary school. I experienced language and cultural difficulties, hardships abroad, and even discrimination after returning to Japan. I know the sting of living in a situation completely different from what was common to me.
These experiences gave me the belief that differences must be respected, and that law is one of the best solutions to discuss and resolve unreasonable discrimination. That is why I became a lawyer.
Now I belong to the Children’s Rights Committee (Daiichi-Tokyo Bar Association) and give lectures on social issues such as bullying.
Thank you for your attention.
