5,000yen + consumption tax for 30minutes

Attorney's Fee

Civil law cases

Benefits under 3 million yen.
Retainer Fee 8% of benefits + consumption tax
Contingency Fee 16% of benefits + consumption tax
Benefits over 3 million yen up to 30 million yen.
Retainer Fee 5% of benefits + consumption tax
Contingency Fee 10% of benefits + consumption tax

*Retainer fee is calculated based on the economic benefits of the case.

**Contingency Fee is calculated based on the economic benefits which have been secured by the attorney.

***However, the minimum Retainer Fee is 100,000 yen.
