今日は、日本と海外両方の渉外事務所弁護士の方からお話を伺いました。Today’s class was “Working as Inernational Attorney in Japan”.We heard stories from Bengoshi and Gaiben.

特に、法曹資格取得のオーストラリアと日本の制度の違い、ワークライフバランスについて興味深く拝聴しました。
Especially, it was very interesting to hear the difference of the way to be a lawer or judge or prosecutor between Japan and Autralia.

大阪地方裁判所の傍聴にも参加しました。思いもかけず、裁判官の方自らが裁判についてお話くださいました。とても貴重な体験でした。I was in the courtroom to listen to the proceedings at Osaka Disrict Court. Unexpectedly, the judge explained about the trial. It was a valuable experience for us.

日本の法曹の誠実さが伝わったのではないかと思います。I think foreign students were affected by sincerity of Japanese judge.

また、授業後には、関西テレビの取材も受けるなど、ハプニングの多い1日でした。After the class, the member of our group were interviewed from Kansai TV .
