宏和商工日立酒造見学会へ行ってきました。I went Sake trip held by Kouwasyoukouhitachi.
金賞を受賞したお酒をたくさんいただきました。I drank a lot of Sake awarded a ‘gold prize’!
It was tasty!!
たくさんの出会いもありました。みなさんがパートナーズ法律事務所の阿波踊りの連に参加してくださると約束してくださいました。本当にありがとうございます。I met many wonderful men and women . Many people promised to join Awa Dance!! Thank you very much.
パートナーズ法律事務所では、今年大塚阿波踊りにでます。Our law firm will participate in Awa Dance Festival in Otsuka.
そこで予習もかねて友人と阿波踊り居酒屋に行ってきました。I went to Awa Dance restaurant to study Awa Dance☆
事務所の近くには、一週間に一度しかランチを提供しないお店があります。There is a restaurant which opens once a week near our law firm.
マクロビのお店で、気に入っています。I love the restrant because it serves macrobiotics food.
この間は、トリュフをいただきました。Last time I got truffle .
宮本先生の事務所にご招待して頂きました。Mr.Miyamot(Partner attorney at law)invited me to his law firm.
先生ご本人も非常におしゃれな方なのですが、事務所もおしゃれでした。He himself dresses fashionably, and the law firm is also stylish.
さまざまなお話をお伺いすることができました。I enjoyed talking with him.
また、田中先生とも交流できました。I talked with Ms.Tanaka, too!

中国改正商標法と先駆け商標登録への対策というセミナーに参加しました。I attended the seminar “An Introduction on the Amendment to the P.R.C. Trademark Law and Countermeasures for Trademark Squatting ” .
新しい中国の改正法を学べ大変勉強になりました。I learned a lot.
日本の企業が気をつけるべき点を以下に記載しておきます。I introduce what Japanese company should pay attention !

★商標に関して日本の企業が気をつける点
・継続的なウォッチングを行う
・速やかに商標出願するー権利取得
・市場での侵害行為に注意すること
・侵害行為に対して速やかに措置を講じること
・侵害証拠を収集すること
・的確な戦略を立てること
★日本企業の証拠収集における対策
・先使用の時間、知名度を有した時間は係争商標の出願日より早くなければならない
・商標の使用、宣伝、知名度の状況を中国国内に限定されるのが原則。外国での知名度の証明材料は、中国にいる公衆に適切な方法を通して国外での知名度を知らしめていることを証明する必要がある。
・営業活動での商標使用について、使用に関する証拠は、商標標章、商標権帰属関係などの要素を含むことが重要
・証拠チェーンを有すること
・外国語の場合、中国語訳文の提供が必要、重要な国外証拠は、公証認証が必要。
講師の高革慧先生とは様々なお話をさせていただきました。外弁をされていた方なので、女性弁護士としての働き方等についてもお話ができました。Ｉ talked alot with Gehui Gao (Partner Attorney at Law). As she was a “Gaiben” , she and I talked about the life-style.
今日は、刑事事件を扱いました。適切な判断がもたらされるよう熱心に活動しようと思います。Today, I dealt with a criminal case . I try to do my best for the proper decision to be made.
また、原先生のお知り合いの方から、ゴルフクラブをいただきました。本当にありがとうございました。練習に励みます。By the way, I got the GOLF CLUB SET. Thank you very much. I’ll practice hard.
今日は、相撲部屋等をシドニー大学の学生に案内しました。Today, I went to “SUMO BEYA” with my friends (sutudents from Australia) .
私にとってもよい経験となりました。I also enjoyed it so much!!
帰路、リアルマリオカートが目の前をよぎっていきました。 I saw “Real Mario kart”, too.
津島地区原発被害弁護団会議に参加しました。I participated in the council about the damage of nuclear power plant in Tsushima.
まだまだ苦しんでいらっしゃる方がいる中で、原発被害者の方々に対して弁護士として何が出来るかを未来に向けて考えて行きたいと思います。I want to think about what I can do for the people suffering from nuclear power .

昨日は、京都セミナー最終日でした。Yesterday was the last day of the Kyoto Seminar.
修了証を松宮学部長からいただきました。We got Certificate of Completion from Dean Takaaki Matsumiya .
この一週間、様々な国の方と議論し、友情を深めることができました。
This week ,I could discuss and make friends with many foreign students.
今日は、日本と海外両方の渉外事務所弁護士の方からお話を伺いました。Today’s class was “Working as Inernational Attorney in Japan”.We heard stories from Bengoshi and Gaiben.
特に、法曹資格取得のオーストラリアと日本の制度の違い、ワークライフバランスについて興味深く拝聴しました。
Especially, it was very interesting to hear the difference of the way to be a lawer or judge or prosecutor between Japan and Autralia.
大阪地方裁判所の傍聴にも参加しました。思いもかけず、裁判官の方自らが裁判についてお話くださいました。とても貴重な体験でした。I was in the courtroom to listen to the proceedings at Osaka Disrict Court. Unexpectedly, the judge explained about the trial. It was a valuable experience for us.
日本の法曹の誠実さが伝わったのではないかと思います。I think foreign students were affected by sincerity of Japanese judge.
また、授業後には、関西テレビの取材も受けるなど、ハプニングの多い1日でした。After the class, the member of our group were interviewed from Kansai TV .
